Nelipak specialises in the design and manufacturing of thermoformed products up to a maximum size of 4000 x 2000 mm (4 x 2 m). Nelipak has the expertise and facilities to cover all aspects from design to end product. Thermoforming can be used for a wide range of products such as tent panels, automotive products, sun bed enclosures, large transport carriers, advertising signs and building components. Nelipak produces tent panels, enclosures, specialist transport trays, roof lights and solar energy roof units.
Nelipak has highly qualified product designers. The product development department works with our well-equipped model and tool making department. Together, these departments turn our customers' ideas into high-quality thermoformed products. A test mould is used to produce a prototype which is assessed by the customer and approved, and then used to make the production tooling.
