 Alga Plastics
Alga Plastics, Rhode Island USA, started in 1961 as a local thermoformer. Today Alga Plastics is well known as an innovative and creative company in the packaging industry. Alga Plastics is specialized in designing and manufacturing of thermoformed trays and blister packs for the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Alga Plastics is also well known for its unique design concepts of blister packs such as sealblisters, clamshells and trays for high-end consumer products. In August 2007 Sealed Air Corporation acquired Alga Plastics. From that moment Nelipak in Europe, also owned by Sealed Air Corporation, and Alga Plastics offer joint services to their clients all around the globe. Alga Plastics and Nelipak make use of Unigraphics NX3, Solid Works and Pro Engineer design software. Both companies have cleanrooms in their production sites in the Netherlands, Ireland and the United States.

 Oliver Products Oliver Products is located in Grand Rapids, USA and also has a facility Venray, the Netherlands. Oliver Products specialises in developing coatings for medical and industrial applications. Oliver Products produces printed lidding material (e.g. Tyvek), pouches and rolls for the medical industry.

 Vink Kunststoffen Nelipak uses a wide range of materials to supply its customers with a particularly broad range of products. For this reason Nelipak works with Vink, Europe's largest distributor of semi-finished plastics. Vink Kunststoffen B.V. in Didam, the Netherlands, stocks over 20,000 product lines. These include a wide range of sheet and film such as polycarbonate, PET, polystyrene, ABS, PVC, Kydex, polyethylene, polypropylene and PMMA. Nelipak and Vink work closely with a range of leading suppliers such as Bayer, General Electric, Metzeler, EVC Staufen, Kleerdex, Ekon and Folienwerk Wolfen.

 Manders Industries Manders Industries, in Venray, the Netherlands are turnkey machine builders and develop automatic sealing lines for Nelipak and lines for filling and sealing blister packs. Manders Industries also works with Nelipak to develop tray stacking and filling systems.

 Klöckner Pentaplast Nelipak uses a range of polymers such as polystyrene, polycarbonate, PET.G, A.PET PET.GAG and PVC. For the medical instruments and electronics markets we work closely with Klöckner Europe and Klöckner USA. We draw on their expertise of PVC, PET.G, A.PET and PET.GAG and ask their advice about the application and conversion of these materials.

 NX (Unigraphics) Nelipak uses Unigraphics design software. All our design stations are connected to the Bridgeport mills. We also have file import and export facilities to interface to other systems. Our design systems are regularly updated and we work closely with other Unigraphics users.

 Kiefel en Illig
Nelipak only uses Kiefel and Illig thermoforming machines. Both companies are based in Germany and we feel that they produce the best thermoforming equipment. They design and produce productive and reliable equipment. Nelipak is closely involved in the design of machines to implement special features.
