We now have a vacancy for the position of Machine Operator B / Blister.

Job objective:

Take care of the machines set up of the production installation, such that products of repeat orders (or first production run after approval process and parameter form by machine operator C or(D) with the required quality in quantities applied and become available on the requested date.

Your main Duties will be:

  • Assist in periodic maintenance work.
  • Simple troubleshooting.
  • Fill parameter form correctly.
  • Set up and operate production machines.
  • Check product quality and register in database.
  • Take over tasks production worker, machine operator A, C and D.
  • Solve technical production process problems.
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of production work and taking care of the documentation.
  • Keep work area clean.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair deviations based on instructions and regulations.
  • Continuity of the process.
  • Inspect product and process according to instructions.
  • Inform team leader about production stops with longer duration; register data. 
  • Safety.
  • Compliance with regulations.
  • Progress of the production work.

Authorities:

  • Block products or stop the production process.
  • Give instructions to production staff.
  • Small trouble shooting.
  • Setting up and adjusting machines/installation.
  • Check machines/installation.

General education:

  • LBO work and thinking level.

Specific training:

  • Job specific training.
