Purpose

The Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products adhere to the necessary quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Working with cross-functional teams to promote the achievement of health and safety objectives. Management of non-conformances, including, disposition, investigating/root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Conduct area practice v’s procedure audits and follow up on findings to ensure satisfactory closure. Follow up on Corrective Actions for in-process and customer complaint issues. Management and improvement of QMS. Responsible of validation activities including statistical analysis and reporting. Implementation of manufacturing operations area projects and initiatives e.g., Kaizen, yield improvement, cost reduction etc.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, Quality ,Engineering ,Manufacturing or related field experience
• The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
• Must have excellent MS Excel skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical control
• People management / development.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; Spanish and English.
• Understanding/awareness of Customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
• Ability to impart knowledge in clear concise manner.
• Demonstrate working as part of a team with common goals.
• Take ownership for behaviour, workmanship.
• Decision-making and Reporting skills
