Purpose
Due to continued growth and impending projects, we currently have a recruitment need for a number of General Operatives across our Day, Evening, Weekend & Night Shifts.
Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 16:30, Friday 8am – 15:00.
Evening shift hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 – 2:30am, Thursday 16:30 – 1:30am.
Weekend shift hours: Friday 15:00 – 22:00, Saturday 9am – 21:00, Sunday 8am – 20:00.
Night shift hours: Sunday to Friday 12am – 8am | 5 day working week.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to upkeep a level of personal/work hygiene in the cleanrooms 10K and general production floor by wearing appropriate clean protective garments as per Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) procedures.
- Packaging of product & carrying out visual inspections.
- Working within a team environment to achieve Production & Quality Targets
- Maintenance of high-quality standards
- Adherence to good housekeeping, Health & Safety and Cleanroom procedures
- Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialised products
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
- Willingness and aptitude to multi-skill
- Excellent Attendance and thtime-Keeping
- Previous General Operative experience an advantage but not essential.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good level of written and spoken English language skills
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
