HR Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator- Derry, NI
As the Human Resources Administrator/Recruitment Co-Ordinator you will provide administrative support in all areas of the HR function and manage the end-to-end recruitment activities across the Derry plant.
You will be involved with providing administrative support in all areas across the full “employee life cycle” including but not limited to absence management, recruitment & selection, learning and development, compensation & benefits and employee relations. Perform administrative duties including communications, filing, photocopying, letter writing, note taking and management of notice boards. Promote and support Nelipak Health and Wellbeing initiatives and assist with events as required. Participating in Wellness & Engagement Committee.
Have You…?
Essential:
- 2-3 years in a HR Administrator role providing extensive HR Admin support to a team of people.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferably recruiting for a variety of roles
- Experience of record maintenance with knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource People Practice or working towards it is advantageous
