Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join Nelipak Elsham site and help us maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across our site, including welfare facilities, meeting rooms, offices, and factory walkways. This critical role supports our commitment to healthcare-aligned hygiene standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in office areas, toilets, kitchens, canteens, factory walkways, and locker rooms following daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and actively contribute to safe systems of work.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure cleaning practices align with company policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain cleaning logs to meet audit requirements.
- Provide hygiene coverage during staff absences and peak periods.

- Strong attention to detail and focus on hygiene standards
- Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high-quality work
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and operating equipment
- Proven organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Adaptability and flexibility in approach
