Title: Lamination Runner

Purpose

Assist the Lamination Operator in all elements of operating the lamination machine in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP system to locate required materials and locate to machine’s;
• Loading and unloading of reels from machine’s;
• Wrapping and Weighing reels;
• Use SAP to return unused and produced materials to correct stock locations;
• Safe use of all lifting equipment in working area;
• Safe use of FLT truck, VNA truck, and hand truck in working area;
• Assist with daily cleans and medical cleans;
• Segregating and disposing of waste;
• Completion of end of order duties;
• Changing Adhesive IBC’s;
• Carrying out FLT, VNA, hand truck daily checks;
• Emptying of all bins;
• Operating a Bailing machine in a safe manner;
• Operating a core cutting machine in a safe manner;
• Completion of cleaning schedule documentation;
• Participating in 5 S;
• Always maintain working area to a safe and clean standard;
• Participate in WCOM teams as required;
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Be reliable and have a good absence and timekeeping record
• Be a team player & co-operative
• Have ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
• Possess a ‘Can-do attitude’, and be able to work to high standards
