Shift Performance Manager – 6 Month Secondment
As a Shift Performance Manager, you will manage the smooth running of Nelipak, Derry Production process, ensuring that all products are produced to the specified specifications with Health & Safety as your first priority.
You will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of all manufacturing processes for your dedicated shifts. You will ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. This role is based on a 12/7 shift pattern. Pending a successful 6-month secondment period, there will be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent.
Have You…?
Essential:
- Degree educated, preferably in a Manufacturing related discipline or equivalent /or Minimum 4 years supervisory/management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Flexibility – shift pattern
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- SAP knowledge / experience
Desirable:
- NEBOSH or equivalent
