HR Manager (fulltime)
Are you an experienced and driven HR Manager? Do you like to drive change? Then we are looking for you!
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Manage and coach the HR department

- Coordinate management performance, talent management, succession planning, sustainable employability, recruiting and staffing, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.

- Advising and support management team and executives.
-
- Consultation and negotiation with Works Council.
-
- Own and drive strategic projects that contribute to the further development of the Venray organisation.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with law and (corporate) rules and regulations.
Are you the professional we are looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
-
- At least 10 years of experience as HR Manager.
-
- Experience within a fast paste international matrix organization.
- Change management and project management experience.

- Knowledge of Dutch regulation.
-
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- A flexible, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and people management skills.
