HR Manager (fulltime) 

Are you an experienced and driven HR Manager? Do you like to drive change? Then we are looking for you! 

In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Manage and coach the HR department 
    • Coordinate management performance, talent management, succession planning, sustainable employability, recruiting and staffing, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits. 
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures. 
    • Advising and support management team and executives.  
    • Consultation and negotiation with Works Council. 
    • Own and drive strategic projects that contribute to the further development of the Venray organisation. 
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with law and (corporate) rules and regulations. 

Are you the professional we are looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. 
    • At least 10 years of experience as HR Manager.
    • Experience within a fast paste international matrix organization. 
  • Change management and project management experience. 
    • Knowledge of Dutch regulation. 
    • A high degree of self-motivation and drive. 
  • A flexible, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and people management skills.
