IT Applications Lead (SAP)
Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, a US Multinational based in Clara, Co. Offaly is currently recruiting for an IT Applications Lead (SAP). We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can take ownership of all duties involved.
The IT Applications Lead (SAP)’s primarily responsible is to lead a team in the provision of Level 1 and Level 2 support to a Group Company SAP HANA environment. This includes responsibility for the availability, maintenance & optimization of business applications and conversion of business requirements into functional and technical solutions. This role will work both collaboratively and independently by using subject matter expertise and capabilities to manage processes and projects from start to finish.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage SAP & other legacy IT Applications in the Region
- Manage a small team of Application support staff
- Deliver standard platforms, analytics and reporting
- Work closely with dedicated business project team to deliver new ERP System (SAP S4 Hana)
- Management of support cal
- Occasional travel required
Education & specific training:
- Min third level IT Qualification
- Solid ERP support across many departments
- Minimum 5 years broad SAP functional experience MM, WM/EWM, FICO, CS, FICO, SD
- Preferably S4 Hana (but ECC expert level considered)
- Experience with SAP MII or similar Manufacturing Execution System
- Experience in reporting and utilising Data Analytics
- Data Migration experience an advantage
Experience:
- Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving and Leadership qualities
- Demonstrated multi-site project experience
- Best practice documentation
- Must be an excellent communicator with proven excellent customer service
- Multi tasking multiple projects in addition to supporting the day-to-day business needs
- Manufacturing background preferably in a validated environment
