AH-L Shuttle Sealer

Description

Nelipak® custom-built, mid-size single shuttle station medical tray and blister heat sealing machine. Specifically designed for trays with larger footprint.

Easy to operate with low maintenance requirements sealers designed for Class 7 cleanroom use. Two-hand push button activation of automated sealing cycle with inbuilt ejector of sealed trays for ease of removal.

PLC-control with HMI panel for ease of set up and storage of recipes.  Machine features 21 CFR 11 compliant logging of inputs providing an audit trail of data (optional extras).
