Nelipak® custom-built single station table top medical tray and blister heat sealing machines. Suitable for medical device cleanroom operations capable of sealing a range of coated lid stocks. Easy-to-operate with low maintenance requirements sealers designed for Class 7 cleanroom use. Built-in RFID feature confirms sealing tool sets are a match to stored recipe, reducing operator error. Incorrect tool or recipe prevents machine operation. Touch-button activation of automated sealing cycle with built-in ejector of sealed trays for ease of removal.
Push button activation of the automatic drawer activates “hands free” sealing cycle. Seal drawer defaults to open position to eliminate errors because of over heated blisters or seal tools.
Optional machine features 21 CFR 11 compliant logging of inputs providing an audit trail of data. PLC control with HMI screen for ease of set up and operation of the machine. PLC features precise Time, Temperature, and seal Pressure control. User security password protection preventing accidental parameter changes or tampering by unauthorized users. Process Alarms provide increased confidence in your package seal quality. The NX-T1 offers security password protection preventing accidental parameter changes or tampering by unauthorized users.
