SH-T1 Manual Table Top Sealer

Custom-built cleanroom sealing machines for medical device and pharmaceutical thermoformed blisters and trays.

Description

Nelipak® custom-built single station table top medical tray and blister heat sealing machines. Suitable for medical device and pharmaceutical cleanroom operations, this machines seals a range of coated lid stock.  In-house produced sealing dies ensure validated seals when used with Nelipak blisters/trays and lid stock.

Easy to operate with low maintenance requirements sealers designed for class 7 cleanroom use. SH-BT1 sealer are manufactured in stainless steel housing for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

Manual drawer activates sealing cycle with optional manual pushers to release product from sealing tool.  Features quick change system for release and install of seal and heat plate tooling reducing change over time between batch runs.
